AI See You provides a recommendation readiness platform that helps professional services businesses improve their visibility in AI systems. Our services include AI recommendation testing, diagnostic analysis, prescriptive fixes, and AI Knowledge Centre deployment.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use our platform to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by AI See You and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated for your business through our services is licensed to you for your business use.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI See You provides tools and recommendations to improve AI visibility. We do not guarantee specific rankings, recommendations, or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
